“Wetland” Park Progress Update
Via Marina Park Pictorial Update:
Half of the empty lot on Via Marina off Tahiti Way is getting a wetland makeover. There is a ton of controversy over this and… rightly so. Half of this parcel is slated to become a new Marriott hotel that will be 5 to 6 stories tall with 288 rooms. Visit this link for more information: http://dpw.lacounty.gov/pdd/marinadelrey/

Construction on the hotel is going to begin around October 2017. However, the wetland park project is currently underway. Check out where it’s at below:
