Golden Triangle

Hidden gem of a neighborhood in Marina del Rey known as the Golden Triangle. 

Really cool neighborhood that has a one foot in new construction and the other foot in the beachy past.  You get slightly larger lot sizes, wide streets, slow traffic (not a through area for traffic… for the most part).  Also, Firestone Walker opened up their LA location just on the edge of the Golden Triangle.  

There’s also a gated section called Harbor Crossing.  These are all large single family two story homes.  No amenities but it’s a pretty special little pocket that has been home to some very cool/interesting people.  

Streets include Thatcher, Oxford, Howard, Yale, Carter, Stanford, Dickson, Burrell, Berkley, Harbor Crossing… Really safe & quiet with easy parking in Marina del Rey:
