La Villa Marina Townhomes:

These are really unique and feature smaller complexes throughout.  All townhomes have private garages and cute little patios that open on to the center courtyard pool areas.  These can range in size and some go up to 2,000 sq.ft..  Incredible access to the surrounding areas and you can walk to the marina in 5 or so minutes.  I can’t speak highly enough about these!
