Second generation selling on the West Side! I’m a Los Angeles native (born in Hollywood!) who loves the beach and its coastal lifestyle. I’m highly involved in the local tech startup scene and have a thing for web and social media marketing. I’ve lived in the Marina for over 9 years and know a lot about the Marina and surrounding neighborhoods.
I come from a real estate family (see below) and have a huge appreciation for homes and the business of matching people with their perfect residence. I began my real estate career in 2005, assisting several of the top-producing agents in Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Marina del Rey and San Luis Obispo. Outside the office Alyssa is involved with several animal shelters throughout Los Angeles and her two dogs Rose and Violet keep her on her toes.

Rosanna started in the Escrow Industry in 1996 as a receptionist at Escrow Consultants in Century City. As most Escrow Officers do, she moved her way up to being an Escrow Officer in 2000 when the owner of the company retired. In 2005, she worked at GB Escrow in Venice and then moved onto California Investors Escrow in 2007.
In May 2015, Rosanna opened Overland Avenue Escrow. She is known to place an emphasis on providing quality service by being timely and detail oriented.
She provides her clients open lines of communication, is easily accessible, and goes the extra mile to make transactions as smooth as possible.

Rosanna is also an avid car enthusiast (especially 1960’s muscle cars). She owns a vintage 1968 Chevrolet Camaro that she and her husband have been modifying over the past several years. The car has been entered in many local car shows and has won several awards for its performance and originality.

I started as a real estate agent in 2006 and got my Brokers license in 2007 in California. As a real estate agent my main method of business was online marketing.
I focused on seo, craigslist marketing, stealth website marketing, email marketing, and various flyer marketing campaigns for lead generation.
I combined my already existing Internet marketing knowledge of how search engines work, email marketing, online user behavior, and psychology to create a powerful lead generation system.
Of all areas of my marketing both online and offline, I found that I loved the Internet world much more than traditional marketing outlets (door knocking, cold calling, farming, sphere of influence, etc). My system allowed me to generate real estate buyer appointments and delegate them to agents in my company for a referral fee.
The transition from real estate agent to the real estate tech world began in October 2007 at a Tom Ferry Training Event. At the time, I was a part of Tom Ferry’s coaching program. At the event, I was asked to share what I am doing that worked for lead generation. I shared the concepts and steps of my online marketing system and received an overwhelming response. Apparently, agents were excited and anxious to learn about leveraging the internet & very soon after I began receiving offers to build websites and consult.
From this Tizish was born in January 2008 to serve the need for a simple to use and proven real estate website and marketing system.
