A Los Angeles native who loves the beach and its coastal lifestyle, Kirstin Willingham specializes in the upscale condos and high-end apartment homes of Marina del Rey and its surrounding communities.
She is involved in the local tech startup scene and is highly experienced in Web and social media marketing. This benefits both buyers and sellers, as her many contacts and online marketing savvy have resulted in an endless source of leads for her listings. In addition, Kirstin is extremely knowledgeable about the Marina del Rey condo market and which buildings present opportunities for buyers. She often is privy to listings that are not yet out to the public.
Coming from a real estate family, Kirstin grew up with an appreciation for homes and the business of matching people with their perfect residence. She began her real estate career in 2006, assisting several of the top-producing agents in Beverly Hills, Brentwood and Marina del Rey. This provided her with a solid foundation in Westside real estate and superior skills in time management, negotiation and client service.

Outside the office Alyssa is heavily involved with several animal shelters throughout Los Angeles and her two dogs Rose and Violet keep her on her toes.
